Hello our brothers in Christ.
The past week we had the opportunity to go on a mission trip to the mountains with a team from the USA. This team is from a camp in Texas, the name is TBarM Camps and they have been a blessing for these people at the mountains.
God is so good with us, for we saw 7 people receive Jesus and 5 got baptized The name of the place is Hacha and we have been working very hard in the past months to conquer this village for Jesus, but it has been very hard work. This place is where 20 water filters have been installed and now God is allowing us to start seeing the fruits of that work.
As you know, we have some problems to find a person that would take care of this place, and God placed in Bernabe's heart the call to take look after this new church, he has been going with me for 4 month, almost every week.
God gave us the opportunity to see how a project like the water filters, medical, and sports camps for kids for one week can open hearts, just share His love and His word which is all we have to do, the Holy Spirit does the rest. Yes, it takes time to do it but believe me, is worth it.
In the past mission trips, I always assisted the local pastors and local missionaries on baptism, but this time I actually got to do it. It was the first time doing it and it was the best feeling ever, to get to baptize future followers is a feeling of humbleness so strong that it can make you cry, because even though we are imperfect God has given us the authority to baptize in His name, men!! How powerful is that!! I knew about it, but never before experienced that deep feeling of humbleness.

My brothers in this time of changes and problems I want to share with you the following verses.
2 Corinthians 16 to 18 (for me these verses encourages me keep on going in those human moments)
“16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. 17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. “
Grace and Peace. Keep strong in the Lord.
