BIBLE INSTITUTE WORKSHOP
The workshop took place on March 1-2. There were eight students and two of the various Institute facilitators. In addition, there was a fellowship time among the eight students from different areas of the Chiriqui and Bocas del Toro area.
The main aim was to reinforce one of the modules given in past classes at the Institute, Methods of Teaching. They were challenged in how service was programmed, aligning their ways to the Word's ways of delivering a message or teaching. It was encouraging for them to have this time, and it was more than teaching; it was about sharing methods and ideas.

Church Planting Campaign
God brought 12 chosen soldiers from the US, hand-picked from three states, to join five churches and work in nine different places. They served four intensive days on door-to-door visitations from March 2-5, with heat of almost 95F. After the first day, we had to adjust the going out hours because it was too hot. Those teams close to the hotel could return for a small rest, but those far away had to wait until it was safe to go out.
Many opened their homes to hear what the team had to share despite the political campaign that was taking place.
There were 204 Gospel Presentations, of which 165 either said “yes” to Jesus or opened their hearts to receive more teaching. 92 follow-ups occurred, five new areas were started, and three churches were strengthened.
Homes like the family in the picture where we spend more than an hour to comfort them, as the week before, they lost their mom and her baby due to a stroke. They trusted the Lord for the present and the future. He is a policeman and has to work in another province, and the girls have to move for the days he is not at home to their grandma’s house down the street. Thanks so much for accompanying us in what God called us to do. We know that our part is a small part of a bigger picture of a redeemed world, and we are content and grateful for that.
